Small Groups for Exchange & Personal Growth

Experience connection. Gain perspective. Grow together.

Sometimes, it helps simply to feel:
“I am not alone with what is moving me.”

In my facilitated online small groups, you will meet other parents who are navigating life with a child with special needs and who, like you, are seeking clarity, relief, personal growth, or new perspectives.

No prior experience is required and there is no need to show up in any particular way. All that is needed is a gentle openness to yourself and a willingness to connect in an honest, supportive space with others who understand this unique life situation.

What Can You Expect in the Small Groups?

  • a safe and protected space
  • monthly meetings, online or in person
  • space for honest exchange and personal growth
  • gentle ideas inspired by psychological guidance, mindfulness, and self-reflection
  • the option to share, but also simply to listen
  • sharing experiences and practical resources

Sharing is always voluntary. You decide what feels right for you.

Examples may include:

  • navigating everyday life with a child with special needs
  • emotional overwhelm, exhaustion, or moments of doubt
  • finding balance between caregiving, partnership, family, and yourself
  • setting boundaries with professionals, institutions, or your personal environment
  • processing challenging or emotionally heavy experiences
  • self-care that is realistic and sustainable in daily life
  • identity beyond roles: who you are, not only what you do
  • sharing practical ideas, resources, and coping strategies
  • moments of strength, hope, and small wins worth celebrating

These topics are invitations, not requirements. What is shared always follows what feels right for you and the group.
