Life Coaching During Life Transitions and Personal Growth

Finding yourself. Gaining clarity. Walking your own path.

At different stages of life, from adolescence to adulthood, we encounter periods of change and transition. In these moments, questions often come up, such as:

Who am I truly? Where am I heading? Why does something inside feel unsettled, despite everything appearing okay on the outside?

Change, uncertainty, and inner conflict are a natural part of personal growth.
In my life coaching, I support you in exploring these questions in a safe and supportive space, free from expectations or judgment.

Coaching Focus

This offering is not therapy or counseling. It provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space for self-exploration and personal development. We are looking at:

  • Your personal identity and the sense of feeling grounded in yourself
  • The tension between external expectations and your inner needs
  • Uncertainty around life decisions or phases of reorientation
  • Emotional blocks, self-doubt, or the feeling of being stuck
  • The desire for greater authenticity in your life
  • Challenges in recognizing and communicating your own needs and boundaries
  • Roles, influences, and expectations and how to find your own path within them

An important part of my work is my advanced training in behavioral and schema-oriented approaches, which I apply within a coaching context. These concepts help us become more aware of inner patterns such as protective responses developed early on, overly critical inner voices, or tendencies toward avoidance. Together, we learn to recognize, understand, and gently reorient them.

In this way, “growing into adulthood” is not only experienced externally, but internally as well.
It becomes a conscious process of meeting yourself with awareness and creating new, healthier paths beyond old patterns.

  • wish for greater inner clarity, stability, and self-confidence
  • often adapt to external expectations and lose themselves in the process
